Pedro and Chantels divorce update finally gives fans answers theyve waited for Mon 6 Nove

Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett are finally giving us the divorce update we’ve been waiting for. For months (it feels like years), the eruptive drama has been going on. But the The Family Chantel stars have revealed that they’re cutting ties and washing their hands of anything they shared over five years.

Pedro and Chantel’s divorce update

Pedro Jimeno confirms in a show teaser that he and Chantel are definitely done. When the solicitor asks them: “So I understand you guys are getting divorced?” They respond with: “We’re already divorced.”

Chantel shared a show teaser where both she and Pedro see each other for in person for the first time in nine months. Pedro adds: “Yes, thank God.” She tells cameras: “He’s been out of sight and out of mind.”

She adds: “But seeing him really is just a reminder of how badly I was treated, and the moment that I sat down, I felt like I made a mistake to show up and grace somebody with my presence.”

Ready to ‘wash our hands’

Pedro and Chantel meet with Kate, a realtor. She asks Pedro and Chantel in 2023, “Okay, so you are ready to wash your hands of this house.” Kate reveals that they had their home for two years.

The two bought a home in America together in January 2021, for $290K. Kate recommends putting them between $425-435K range as a list price, adding that they would receive a “good profit”.

This means that, with six percent commission, Pedro and Chantel would be able to pay off the rest of their loan. Pedro, who works as a real estate agent, then queries how much total commission they would make.

Duo want to ‘wash their hands’ of property

Both Pedro and Chantel can at least agree on one thing, and that’s that they want to no longer share a property. The two-storey home was originally listed under Chantel’s name.

While appearing on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé, Pedro traveled to Atlanta, Georgia, on a K-1 visa to live with Chantel in her hometown. They were married for five years.

Last season, Chantel emptied a reported $265,000 out of the joint bank account they shared. “I did what I had to do. He’d already bought an apartment and furniture, bought a bunch of things,” she told Parade.
