MANY homeowners struggle with mold, so one TikToker took to social media to share an easy cleaning hack.
The hack to help with mold and mildew is cheap and works even before scrubbing.

SHOWER TRICK
One TikTok user (@asiyajuleese) headed to the social media platform to share a cleaning hack that she always comes back to.
She starts the video off by telling her viewers to not judge her "dirty a** shower," as she "had to have a dirty shower to show the hack."
The shower walls have visible mold and mildew in the grout lines, but she easily cleans it with the product that she suggests.
She suggests buying the Clorox toilet bowl cleaner with bleach and squeezing it in the grout lines.

"That's gonna kill the mold," the TikToker said.
You can purchase the Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach from Walmart for $2.66, or the Walmart brand equivalent for $1.92.
She continues with: "I just put it on and left and went to Walmart for like 20 minutes. I didn't even scrub yet and it's all already gone."
The TikToker then shows her shower after letting the product sit but before scrubbing, and the mold and mildew are visibly reduced.

She proceeds to use a handheld scrubber brush to scrub at the grout lines, and then a Scotch-Brite scrubber to scrub the tiles and reach the top of the shower.
This Great Value Multipurpose Brush is $3.28, and the Scotch-Brite Scrubber with an extendable handle is $11 from Walmart.
The last step is to rinse the residue off the shower walls.
She said that she loves the cleaning hack because "it's super easy and cheap," but warns her viewers to do it when their kids aren't around because "the smell is crazy."
One user commented on the smell, saying: "I always gotta do it when they playing outside cause I’ll be bleaching up the place," and the video poster wrote back: "I was bout to pass out myself!"
When using this product and when cleaning mold in general, it is best practice to wear a mask and gloves and to properly vent the room that you are cleaning.
CHIMING IN
Several people took to the comments to express their opinion on the cleaning hack.
One user wrote: "Oh yeah I’m about to try this on my tile floor! Thanksss girlll" and another said: "Yessss I do the same it works great."
A few commenters advised the TikToker to not use bleach, as "its just pushing the mold deeper in and its gonna be a bigger problem."
One suggested to use hydrogen peroxide and another said to use vinegar.
